What products do you offer?
Our range is divided into four categories: Cook for cookware, bakeware and kitchen utensils. Dine for tableware such as crockery, glassware and cutlery. Live for household products, electricals excluded. And Deco/Gifts for decorative items and gifts. What's the best way to explore our range? Visit our showroom with one of our product specialists.
How and when can I visit the showroom?
Our showroom is open to professional clients on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM. You can take a guided tour with the product specialist and place orders yourself using a handy scanner. Interested in planning a visit? Call or send us an email.
Do deliveries come with a chip warranty?
It depends on the brand. Some do, some don't. Let us know which product you are interested in, and we'll check the chip warranty for you.
How do I become customer?
Get in touch by email or use the contact form. We'll sit down with you to map out your needs. Once you are a customer, you can easily place orders in the showroom or through the B2B web shop.

Our range may be broad, but each team member specialises in specific product groups and brands. This ensures that your brand receives specialist support in terms of product expertise, sales and marketing.
Why do you work on an exclusive basis?
We want to give your brand the attention it deserves, and that's why we invest in marketing and POS materials, training for our sales teams, trade show stands, email marketing and more. Without exclusivity, this wouldn’t work because we couldn't commit fully and the results would quickly fall short of expectations. What’s more, you only need one partner, and you’ll know that we are fully invested in making the collaboration a success.

What tasks will Billiet take off my hands?
We are your gateway to the market. You develop your products and brand story, we get your brand to the right market. Billiet keeps a large inventory of your products to ensure fast, reliable delivery to retailers and hospitality wholesalers.
Does your broad range create competition between brands?
Some overlap is, of course, inevitable. A percolator brand, for example, might offer mugs, and so might a tableware brand. But direct competition between brands offering the same core range? No, that wouldn't work. This is why we always check for compatibility with our existing brand portfolio.
