Bengt EK Design
Bengt Ek Design was founded by Swedish designer Bengt Ek, born in 1947 in Småland. After studying industrial design at the renowned Konstfack University in Stockholm, he established Ek Inter AG in Switzerland in 1976. The company grew from a small product line to a full-scale factory producing timers, wall clocks, scales, and thermometers, 85% of which are now exported internationally. His designs have received awards and have been exhibited in museums such as the MoMA in New York, San Francisco, and Tokyo. Billiet is the distributor of Bengt Ek Design in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and France.
